- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We wish we hadnt used this company. He started our extension and loft conversion in 2007 but hes never finished it. Had to have our roof redone due to rotten timbers caused by shoddy workmanship. We paid for new windows for the front of our house which we never got. Weve had to pay for windows for the extension he built as he put old ones back in while work was being finished but never put new ones in. Shoddy fitting of kitchen. Weve had to have a new one in. Supposed to put new consumer unit in and certify electrics, he kept saying certificate was on his kitchen table. When we had a new bathroom our umber discovered dangerous wiring under the floor where Pete had moved a light fitting. Weve just paid for a new consumer unit, Electrician discovered we have no earth in the lighting circuit in the loft conversion Pete did, also faults in sockets in kitchen part of the extension. We had to have our drains redone. Hes got the book of excuses, kept saying if you pay rest of money Ill be able to finish the job, no way were we doing that. He used us a bank. Its cost us a fortune to get his work put right. His work is sub standard and dangerous. Hes dissolved his company several times, changed the name slightly and set up again. So therefore we havent been able to gain any recompense. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. Not even worth 1 star
